hello@newslet.ai

Product questions, billing, feedback, skepticism — this inbox is read by people who build the product, and it's the fastest route to any answer.

Data export or deletion for you or your subscribers — handled within 7 days, as promised in our privacy policy.

Press & partnerships

hello@newslet.ai

Writing about done-for-you newsletters, or you run an agency or association whose members need this — say so in the subject and it gets routed right.

What happens after you write

If you are asking about the product, include the kind of business you run, who is on your list, and what you want the newsletter to do for you. That context helps us answer with a useful next step instead of a vague sales note. If you already tried a first issue, send the parts that felt right and the parts that missed your voice.

Billing and account questions are handled in the same inbox, but they may take a bit more care because we check the account history before replying. Privacy requests go to the dedicated privacy address so export and deletion requests are easy to track. Press and partnership notes are welcome too, especially when you include the audience, deadline, and what you need from us.

We read every message with the goal of giving you a clear answer: whether newslet is a fit, what we need before sending a newsletter for you, or which setting to change. If the answer is no, we will say so. If the answer needs research, we will tell you who is checking and when to expect the next reply.

Contact questions we hear often

How quickly will I hear back?

Most notes get a real reply within one business day. If your question needs someone to check billing, sending logs, or a privacy record, we will say that instead of sending a canned answer. You will know who is looking at it and what happens next.

Can I ask for a demo?

Yes. Tell us your industry, your list size, and whether you want Approval mode or Autopilot. We can walk through a sample issue, show how edits work, and explain what has to be in place before the first send.

How do I report a bug?

Email the address above with the page you were on, what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot if you have one. Please do not send passwords or full subscriber lists. We can investigate with the smallest amount of data needed.

Can you help me decide if newslet fits my business?

Absolutely. The best first step is still the free issue, because it shows how newslet reads your site and writes for your clients. If the draft is close but not quite right, email us what felt off and we will answer plainly.

Just evaluating?

The fastest way to judge us isn't an email — it's reading your own first issue. Free, no card, no signup to see it.
